Rise From The Fire Foundation is committed to protecting the information of every survivor, donor, volunteer, and visitor who trusts us with their story or their support.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to share with us — through the Get Help intake form, volunteer or partner applications, the contact form, donations, and our newsletter. This typically includes your name, contact information, and any details you provide about your situation or interest.
How we use it
Survivor information is used only to respond to your request for assistance and to coordinate the care you've asked for. Donor and supporter information is used to process gifts, send receipts, and share program updates you opt in to. We never sell or trade personal information.
Payments
Donations are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe directly and are never stored on RFTF systems.
Confidentiality for survivors
Survivor intake submissions are treated as confidential and are visible only to authorized RFTF team members responding to requests for help. If you're in an unsafe environment, use the "Quick Exit" button in the corner of any page to leave immediately.
Your choices
You may request a copy or deletion of information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@risefromthefirefoundation.org.
