As a volunteer with Rise From The Fire Foundation, I understand that I may learn confidential, sensitive, or personal information about survivors, children, volunteers, donors, staff, community partners, and organizational operations.

I agree that I will:

• Keep all survivor information strictly confidential.
• Never share names, addresses, phone numbers, locations, photographs, case details, or identifying information unless specifically authorized by Rise From The Fire Foundation and required for my volunteer responsibilities.
• Never disclose the location of any Safe Home, Hopeful Home, emergency placement, or confidential meeting location.
• Respect the privacy and dignity of every survivor, child, volunteer, donor, and staff member.
• Follow all Rise From The Fire Foundation safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while volunteering.
• Immediately report any safety concerns, suspected abuse, exploitation, threats, harassment, stalking, or confidentiality breaches to Foundation leadership.
• Never represent myself as legal counsel, law enforcement, a therapist, or a medical professional unless I am specifically licensed and authorized to do so.
• Never post photographs, videos, stories, or identifying information about survivors or children on social media or elsewhere without written authorization from Rise From The Fire Foundation.
• Understand that access to confidential information is granted solely for the purpose of serving the Foundation's mission.
• Return or securely destroy confidential information if requested by the Foundation.
• Understand that violating confidentiality may result in immediate removal from volunteer service and may carry legal consequences depending on the nature of the disclosure.

I understand that this agreement survives the end of my volunteer relationship with Rise From The Fire Foundation.
