This agreement protects the worker and the program. Please read carefully and check every box.
This is a paid, professional service. Rise From The Fire Foundation (RFTF) facilitates connections between customers and survivors participating in the Survivor Work Opportunities program. All work is paid at rates agreed with the customer.
Confidentiality. Do not ask the worker about her personal history, why she participates in the program, or her relationship with RFTF. Do not photograph, record, interview, post about, or identify her — including on social media or reviews.
Respect and safety. Maintain a safe, respectful, harassment-free environment. Harassment, unwanted attention, threats, or unsafe conditions result in the worker leaving and permanent removal of the customer from the program.
Right to leave. The worker may leave at any time if she feels unsafe or uncomfortable. You still owe payment for time worked.
Payment. Payment is made directly to the worker at the agreed rate. RFTF may confirm completion with both parties.
Not guaranteed. Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. RFTF reviews every request for safety and fit and may decline any request without explanation.
