Survivor Work Opportunities

Hire a Survivor

Professional cleaning and catering — provided by women who are rebuilding their lives. Every booking is paid work. Every dollar goes directly toward independence.

How it works

  1. 1

    You submit a request.

Tell us what you need and what you can pay. Fair-wage compensation is required and set by you at the time of booking.

  2. 2

    Our team screens and coordinates.

RFTF staff reviews every request, matches a participating survivor when it's safe to do so, and confirms all details with both sides.

  3. 3

    Work is performed and paid.

You pay the worker directly at the agreed rate. RFTF confirms completion and payment through both parties.

A safety-first program

  • • Worker identities and personal history are confidential — do not ask.
  • • No photographs, recordings, interviews, or social media posts about the worker.
  • • Workers may leave any job if they feel unsafe, without penalty.
  • • Fair compensation is required. There is no free labor in this program.
  • • Repeated concerns from any customer result in permanent removal from the program.

By submitting a request, you agree to a Customer Service Agreement that protects the worker and the program. You'll see and sign the full text on the request form.
