How it works

You submit a request.
Tell us what you need and what you can pay. Fair-wage compensation is required and set by you at the time of booking.

Our team screens and coordinates.
RFTF staff reviews every request, matches a participating survivor when it's safe to do so, and confirms all details with both sides.

Work is performed and paid.
You pay the worker directly at the agreed rate. RFTF confirms completion and payment through both parties.
A safety-first program
- • Worker identities and personal history are confidential — do not ask.
- • No photographs, recordings, interviews, or social media posts about the worker.
- • Workers may leave any job if they feel unsafe, without penalty.
- • Fair compensation is required. There is no free labor in this program.
- • Repeated concerns from any customer result in permanent removal from the program.
By submitting a request, you agree to a Customer Service Agreement that protects the worker and the program. You'll see and sign the full text on the request form.
